1. Payment and Subscription Policy

RishtaforShadi.com offers free and paid membership plans. Paid plans provide additional features such as:

  • Enhanced profile visibility and match recommendations.
  • Access to contact information of other members.
  • Priority customer support and premium listing.

All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways. Once a subscription is activated, access to premium services is granted instantly.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since our services involve instant digital access, refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances:

  • If payment was made more than once due to a technical error or duplicate transaction.
  • If the user did not receive the purchased plan’s benefits due to a verified system issue from our end.
  • If the subscription was charged but the account activation failed due to a platform error.

In such cases, users must contact our support team within 7 working days of the transaction date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with matches after plan purchase.
  • Incomplete use of subscription features during the plan validity period.
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations.
  • Failure to find a life partner — we only provide matchmaking opportunities, not guaranteed outcomes.
  • Incorrect details submitted by the user during registration or payment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their paid membership anytime from their profile dashboard. However, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the remaining period of the active plan.

The account will remain active until the plan’s expiry date, after which it will revert to a free membership automatically.

5. Refund Request Process

  1. Send a refund request email to billing@rishtaforshadi.com with your registered email and payment reference number.
  2. Include transaction details, screenshots, and the reason for refund.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Please note that any service charges or bank gateway fees are non-refundable.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes or chargebacks, users must first reach out to our customer support before contacting their bank or payment provider. We aim to resolve all payment-related concerns amicably and transparently.
